Complete the online registration form with payment (below) or mail the hard copy registration form with check payment to St. Joseph School. Submit your team roster at least 3 weeks prior to the tournament. Team rosters (including names and jersey numbers) can be emailed to Mr. Shawn Sutherland at ssutherland@stjosephwaconia.org.
