On Friday, October 13, Our Lady of the Lake in Mound is hosting a Middle School Social. This was a fantastic event last year. 6-8 graders are invited this year. We will need 1 parent chaperone per 15 kids. If you are interested in chaperoning or have any questions please contact Katie Moore or Andrea Tucker.
The cost is $15 per student. Please complete this permission form below if your child would like to attend, the form is a pay form, so you will not have to send in money or pay the night of the dance.
Parents will be in charge of transportation.
Time is 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Please have permission forms completed by Friday, October 6th. After Friday, October 6th you will need to complete a paper form and pay at the door.
