Mrs. Maciaszek graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in Elementary Education and earned her STEM certificate from St. Catherine University. She is also a certified literacy instructor through the Groves Learning Organization. Mrs. Maciaszek has taught kindergarten, third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade, and now first grade. She is thrilled to be our first grade teacher!
Mrs. Maciaszek is passionate about building strong relationships with her students and their families. One of her favorite things is when former students come back to visit! She believes that every child is an important part of her classroom and brings unique gifts and talents given to them by God. You’ll often hear Mrs. Maciaszek tell her students, “You can do hard things!” as a reminder that she fully believes in them.
Outside of school, Mrs. Maciaszek and her husband enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
