Uniform Purchasing Information
Our Catholic School uniform symbolizes respect for authority and order, as well as the idea of basic equality in the eyes of God. It is the intention of this policy to ensure that uniform expectations reflect both pride in oneself and in St. Joseph School. All students in grades PreK-8 are required to wear uniforms during the school day. We rely on students, parents, and staff to assure that everyone is dressed modestly and appropriately.
You can purchase your uniforms at the below retailers:
- Donald’s Uniform– Uniforms can be purchased through Donald’s or any other retailer that offers Uniforms.
Free Used Uniforms
Our school has a FREE uniform program available. All families are invited to browse our used uniform selection, located in the school office. Pay it forward by donating back gently used and outgrown uniforms back to the uniform program.
Please review our guidelines before donating your uniforms. As always, thank you for your generosity!
Winter Uniform Policy Nov - April
As we move into the colder months, we are officially entering the winter portion of our Uniform Policy at St. Joseph Catholic STEM School. This means that shorts are now out of season and may not be worn again until April 1 (pending warm spring weather). We appreciate your help in keeping our students warm, comfortable, and neatly dressed during the winter months.
Our school uniform is a visible sign of our shared identity as a Catholic community and it reflects respect, order, and equality before God. We ask families to help ensure that each student comes to school dressed appropriately and ready to learn.
Here are a few key reminders for the winter season:
Pants: Students should wear uniform-approved pants that fit properly at the waist and are in good repair. Joggers, yoga pants, and capri pants are not part of the school uniform.
Belts: Boys in grades 3–8 must wear belts with their uniform pants. Belts should be plain and functional, contributing to a neat overall appearance.
Shoes: Please make sure your child wears school-appropriate shoes; any clean, closed-toe, closed-heel and non-heeled shoes with solid soles are acceptable. Boots, sandals, blinking, slipper style, crocks, or wheeled shoes should not be worn during the school day.
Sweatshirts and Layers: Uniform-approved sweatshirts and ¼-zips may be worn as additional layers. Jackets should remain in lockers during the school day.
Our uniform reflects pride in oneself and in St. Joseph School, helping to create an atmosphere conducive to learning and belonging. Thank you for supporting our efforts to maintain a consistent, respectful, and faith-filled environment for all students.
