Mr. Eric Ehalt is our Reading Resource Specialist and Technology Instructor. He enjoys getting to know each individual student in this small school setting. He has two children who attend St. Joseph School and he really enjoys the feeling of this school as an extension of his family. Eric has worked in graphic design and for the Minneapolis Public Schools as a preschool teacher.
Eric graduated from UW Stout in Graphic Design and Computer Animation and received his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (PreK-6th) from Crown College. He has recently been certified as an Orton-Gillingham Instructor and uses this certification to support students with reading at St. Joseph School. He thrives on watching students learn and grow!
Eric, his wife, and two children have a menagerie of pets: a dog, two cats, fish, frogs, and a tortoise. He enjoys helping his kids with their musical endeavors and 4-H activities, including llamas!
